CRI has extensive worldwide experience in conducting of due diligence inquiries on behalf of our clients. We specialize in insuring that our client's investments in new markets are protected from organizations and individuals that are engaged in white collar and/or organized crime, and activities that may be in violation of applicable regulatory legislation (FCPA, USA PATRIOT Act to name a few). Through our international network of consultants and experienced headquarters staff, CRI is in an excellent position to assist government entities or corporations in assuring the integrity and reputation of proposed partners, vendors and customers.
We have the capability to conduct a range of due diligence inquiries and investigations from limited public record reviews to in-depth company and individual background, reputation, business performance, litigation and regulatory history reviews. The depth of inquiry depends on your specific needs. Some clients start with limited checks (Level 1) and then if issues are uncovered will decide to either go forward with more in-depth checks (Level 2) or to stop work altogether due to the "red flags" uncovered. Other clients have a need to start directly with in-depth, Level 2 checks or they opt for a customized solution such as our Enhanced Due Diligence (AML-TF Analysis), Know Your Client/Customer (KYC) Screening, Vendor Screening, or Hedge Fund Screening Solution.
